1. Conclusion of the contract
By placing a purchase order you are submitting a binding offer to enter into an agreement with us. We may accept this offer in form of an order acknowledgement sent to you by e-mail or by delivering the goods ordered. You will initially receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your purchase order, sent to the e-mail address specified by you (order confirmation). However, a sales contract is only formed after we e-mail you our order acknowledgement or delivery of the goods ordered.

When placing an order through our online shop the ordering process has a total of [XX] steps. During the first step you select the goods you would like to purchase. During the second step you provide your customer information including billing address and delivery address, if different from the billing address. During the third step you select how you wish to pay. During the last step you have the option to review all of your information again (e.g. name, address, method of payment, items ordered) and if applicable make any changes before clicking ‘Submit order’ to submit your order to us.
2. Storing the wording of the contract
We store the wording of the contract for your purchase order. You may print it out before submitting your purchase order to us by clicking “Print” during the last step of the ordering process. We will also e-mail an order confirmation as well as an order acknowledgement including all order information and our general terms and conditions of business to the e-mail address specified.

3. Retention of title
The goods delivered remain our property until all receivables have been paid in full.

4. Pricing, shipping costs, return shipment costs upon cancellation
All prices are final prices including statutory value added tax. The minimum order value is XX Euro.
In the event you exert an applicable right to cancel, you are responsible for the regular costs of return provided the goods delivered correspond with those ordered and the price of the goods returned does not exceed 40 Euro, or in the case of a higher price of goods, the return service or agreed partial payment has not yet been rendered at the time of cancellation. Otherwise the return shipment will be free of charge to you.

5. Delivery conditions
Unless otherwise specified in the offer, the goods will be shipped within 2 business days upon receipt of payment. In the case of delivery on account or payment by bank debit, the goods will be shipped within 2 business days upon receipt of the order acknowledgement, unless otherwise specified.
6. Payment terms
Payment may be made in advance by advance bank transfer, on account, by bank debit, or by cash on delivery. We reserve the right to exclude specific payment terms. When selecting advance payment, the banking information will be specified in the order acknowledgement. The invoice amount shall be transferred to our account within 10 days. You may only exercise a right of retention for claims resulting from the same contractual relationship.

7. Warranty
The warranty is determined by the legal provisions. Any warranty is excluded for the sale of used goods and the buyer is not a consumer. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used goods is one year.

8. Data protection
During initiation, conclusion, processing and reversal of a purchase agreement we collect, save and process data within the scope of the legal provisions.
When visiting our website we log the IP address currently being used by your PC, date and time, browser type and your PC’s operating system along with websites visited by you. However, this does not allow us to, nor do we intend to make any conclusions about personal information.
The personal information submitted to us when e.g. placing an order or via e-mail (e.g. your name and contact information), will only be used to correspond with you and only for the purpose for which you provided us with the information. We will only forward your information to the shipper assigned to deliver the goods, and where required for the delivery of goods. Your payment information will be transmitted to the bank assigned this payment.
We assure your personal information will otherwise not be disclosed to third parties, unless we are legally obligated or you have previously expressly agreed. Provided we use the services of third parties to execute and conclude, we will maintain the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act.

Duration of storage
Personal information provided to us through our website will only be stored until the purpose for which they were provided has been completed. Provided business and tax law retention period must be observed, the storage period for certain data may be up to 10 years.
Your rights
If you no longer agree to your personal information being stored or it has become invalid, we will have the data deleted, corrected or blocked within the terms of the law after receiving the respective instruction from you. Upon request you may receive free of charge information on all the personal information we have stored about you. In the event our internet offer references or links other websites, we assume no warranty or liability for the correctness or completeness of the contents and the data integrity of these websites. Since we have no influence on data privacy laws being observed by third parties, you should review the respective data privacy statements separately.

9. Applicable law
Only the German law applies. Unlike with consumers, this choice of law only applies in this respect insofar it does not limit mandatory legal regulations of the state of residence or main residence.
